Have you ever wanted to be a Hero?  American Red Cross heroes come in all shapes and sizes.  They don't have mutant powers or wear special suits.  Their badge of honor is the bandage that shows they gave the "gift of life."  NHS and the Red Cross encourage those eligible to become a hometown hero and answer the call of patients in need by donation blood.  Each donation could save up to three different lives.  If you are sixteen or older, and would like to get your badge, please see Mrs. Ladron for an appointment for the blood drive on Wednesday, October 29.  Your "gift of life" will be rewarded!

Today for lunch we will be pepperoni or cheese pizza, green beans, garden bar, and fruit.  The alternate choice is a ham and cheese sandwich.  The Naked drink price has been reduced from $2.00 to $1.75.  Enjoy them while supplies last.
